i have not one...

i hate fucking january. i'm utterly broke, the weather is shit, i have a coldsore, a sore tailbone from falling off MC's armchair whilst drunk and rhinitis.

the bank is taking money from us that we can't afford, the corner shop only takes 5 gingie bottles at a time and a woman at work had to lend me money so i could afford my prescription. all my small change is piled up ready to go to the post office tomorrow. its my beloved's birthday and if he's lucky i can afford to bake him a cake.

sorry for the moan its just that life really gets you down sometimes Sad
and what makes it even more hard to take is that for us, this is a temporary situation which we should come through in a few weeks. some poor fuckers feel like this ALL THE TIME. is it any wonder a man takes a small sherry??

ah well at least i have said beloved, roof over head, general health etc.....

and, if you have a tv, america's next top model. you can't beat america's next top model Smile

in saying this, i'm looking forward to watching Deadwood for the first time this evening

yeah, i must admit, this has been my worst festive season ever but eternal optimism has now taken over and i'm only thinking about the end of january!

p.s. your mention of ginger bottles means i'm well getting some Bru on the way home

ye...it's a rotten time of year, what i find hard to take over the festive period is the excess....the excess, excess... Rolling Eyes

just pull a duvet over your head for a couple of weeks & it'll be summer affor ye know it

going to bed for a few weeks sounds like a treat, its definitley harder to haul myself out of bed at 0700 at the mo. however work is the one place where i feel useful and productive. but the hibernation instinct is strong...

I'm just totally scunnered with everything just now!
Have over done it on food, going out, drugs and chat.

Felt quite let down by nights out over Christmas and new year but think it was just a case of too much partying! Even fed up with my new Ipod already. Every tune on it bores me to tears!

Looking forward to taking it very easy over the next wee while. Just going to concentrate on working and taking up some nice wee hobbies!

Going to get myself a bike this week. Going to try and read more historical and factual books. Watch more movies. Take nice wee day trips places. Travel more.

Wish me luck!
Very Happy
