We are currently looking for a band for our grad ball, anyone know of any reasonably priced bands? Ideally one which does ceilidh as well as the usual ditties.

Take A Worm For A Walk Week and Some Young Pedro played at mine. I would recommend either.

Tigers on Vaseline played at mine. not strictly a wedding band but brilliant fun all the same. They also do an excellent cover of 'Sound and Vision'.

Is this true? Ian MacKaye inspired insane noise does sound fun at a wedding

Yep, back in August, downstairs in Sleazy's.

Take A Worm did a cover of 'I Would Die For You', a one-off for the occasion.

One time when I was in Sleazy's someone had written on the wall next to our table "Some Young Pedro are a sack of smashed assholes!"- haha

Not an honest reflection of the band I'm sure...

Some Young Pedro ARE a sack of smahed assholes.

That's got nothing to do with it.
